AquaFit is suitable for everyone including the self conscious and non-swimmers alike and releases feel good endorphins to alleviate tension and relax stressful minds.

one to one Jetting:
Jetting is a vigorous cardiovascular resistance exercise using the pressure of water jets in a bespoke one to one training programme to monitor and enhance fitness and stamina levels. A heart monitor is available to plot progress and the exercise is suitable for men and women with a basic to advanced level of swimming ability.
Jetting is a relatively unheard of hydro-exericse that produces excellent fitness results and in a safe, equipment free environment with no risk of pulling muscles or tearing ligaments from weight or machinery.
